Thereafter remaining available and punctual to any further assistance that may be needed up until check out.
Our housekeeping team will then arrive and conduct a full clean, replacing with hotel quality; all bed linen, duvet covers, pillow cases, bed sheets, towels and toiletries. Fully prepare your property for the next imminent check in.

As your bookings through high season continue to flourish, we are acutely mindful of when the moment arrives to begin securing a suitable tenant.
Marketing ahead and being prepared for this is key. We will organize and deal with all the associated legal and administrative necessities to ensure continuation of income. This includes advertising on all the major portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market.
We will undertake viewing appointments. Conduct all reference checks, secure a signed appropriate contract and move in monies well ahead of the move in date and appoint an inventory clerk for the pending check in. With the reference agencies we work with, we can also offer rent guarantee policies with our longer lettings if desired.

Self-check in is great, in a world where everything is becoming automated, will I be able to speak to an actual person?
Yes indeed, we hate holding and going through endless option buttons, only to get cut off. We are real people that will always be contactable throughout the day and each night.
As with most bookings and to protect and maintain our properties and their items, we pre-authorise an amount of £300 one day before you check in and release this amount on the day of your check out.
We can always offer a free luggage drop off after 12pm, however early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. Please speak to our team to find out more information
Our listings have a strict cancellation policy, the same as if you were to book with Airbnb or booking.com etc. If you cancel your stay, your booking will not be refunded. However, if you contact our team and give them enough notice, we can potentially offer you alternate dates as needed or required (rates may differ slightly) With notice, we can also open the calendar and try to secure a replacement guest for your dates given. In the event we do find a replacement guest, your booking will be refunded in full. If we can’t find a replacement guest, then sadly we will not be able to offer you any refund.
Yes, and we encourage this as everyone wins. We keep in touch with all our guests, pre and post booking. You will indeed have all our contact details to hand once the booking has come to an end and are more than welcome to retain these for future discounts and deals!
Depending on where the apartment is positioned, we will make clear which properties include free parking, other local car parks and restriction times for nearby roads.
You will receive all check in instructions automatically once your booking has been processed by a member of the team and you have confirmed guest rules.
Unfortunately, most of the buildings and properties we manage do not accept pets. If this is a must for your stay, please contact our team and we will be happy to help discover further pet friendly options.
